santos could use some help!

Hi gang,

First time checking the site in a while. Sounds like you've been busy working on the trails. I may have to get down there and check out the progress.

We could use some help up here at Santos with some email support. The Appropriations Committee is once again debating merging the OGT into the Park Service. This could be bad for the trails at Santos.

Any support with emails to the committee would be greatly appreciated. I think they have a vote scheduled for Tuesday

"Thank you for your email regarding the Office of Greenway and Trails.  I support fully funding this program and I am actively working to avoid this merger.

I am proud to tell you it appears we have now saved full funding except for the elimination of two already vacant positions.  I will continue to work on this issue, also, to assure that it remains funded.
